In 2016 our Radici restaurant was born, an environment in full regional style that welcomes its guests with the promise of a complete and refined tasting experience that is never far from our common origins.

We know him all too well, all the guests at our hotel remember him thanks to the delight of his cuisine, chef Guglielmo is also famous amongst others, thanks to his second position in the TV show Hell’s Kitchen Italia by Carlo Cracco.

 

A career and a life dedicated to cooking, respect for carefully treated products, a passion for the profession, learned and cultivated thanks to his collaboration with great Italian chefs, including Carlo Cracco and Massimo Bottura.

Laura sommelier and wine culture

 

The richness of Radici’s cuisine is completed thanks to the attention we pay to our selection of wines. We owe everything to Laura, another family talent who has turned her passion into her job.

 

Laura knows wines because she first of all has explored all the local wineries of which she knows their history and typicality. Her contact with local producers is a guarantee of a complete and original choice: drinking our wines is another way to experience our Valley.

 

Laura offers appetizers and tasting evenings every week to discover and deepen the many variations of our wine culture.
