Health & safety at Cervo***

Safe holidays in the time of CORONAVIRUS

Safety and hygiene have been a very high priority in Cervo for generations. This is why we have been using the latest hygiene standards in all departments since 2016.

We are very proud to have taken all precautions in advance to contain COVID-19 in the best possible way and to offer our guests the highest possible protection and safety.

All departments clean and disinfect daily according to the HACCP colour system.

In addition, all premises have been and will continue to be equipped with dispensers of disinfectant solutions, which are available to guests and our staff to ensure a high level of safety for everyone.

We are confident that our strong sense of responsibility will enable us to face the future with confidence and optimism.

To satisfy the desire for normality that fills us all and to reward ourselves with a holiday after this difficult time.

Here at Cervo*** we would like to be a refuge for the time after Corona, where we can resume habits we have grown fond of.

According to the regulations currently in force, we plan to reopen implementing the following health and safety protocols:

• All Staff of the Cervo*** will wear a face mask and gloves
• Upon arrival, you will find a face mask in your own room
• Arrangement of our tables will guarantee the required distance
• Option to take your meal in your room at a small additional cost
• Sanitization stations to disinfect hands will be placed in various areas of the hotel
• All our buffets will be prepared according to the sanitary national law
• Upon arrival, the surfaces of your assigned room will be disinfected
• Limitations on the number of guests using the saunas will be imposed
• Special attention will be given to properly ventilate common areas and rooms
• Handles and push buttons will be regularly sanitized

Given the uncertainty of the general situation, these measures will be updated continuously!
