Tesero
Il pittoresco abitato, il cui centro storico ricorda un'antica borgata medioevale, domina la parte centrale della Val di Fiemme. E' il luogo della valle dove la tradizione si è integrata con una moderna attività artigianale-industriale.
Il paese è disposto sulle due sponde del Rio Stava, ai piedi del Gruppo del Cornòn e di fronte alla catena del Lagorai. L'evoluzione urbanistica non ha turbato l'armoniosa disposizione urbanistica del borgo: le case con il forno da pane, la pittura sacra e i crocifissi lignei sulle facciate, il tetto a due spioventi coperto di scandole, i ballatoi disposti su due o tre ordini e che abracciano due o anche tre facciate, le cataste di legna e gli androni.
Tesero is the most Fiemme like village of the valley. Tradition became integrated into modern handcrafts and industrial activities. The village lies on both sides of the Rio Stava, at the foot the Cornon Group and in front of the Catena del Lagorai.
The urban development didn't trouble the harmonic disposition of the place: the houses with the oven, the holy painting and the wooden crucifixes on the front, the two or three filed galleries that include two or three houses, the piles of wood and the court yards.
Tesero kann als das charakteristischte Dorf der Val di Fiemme bezeichnet werden. Die einheimische Tradition hat sich fließend in die handwerklichen und industriellen Aktivitäten integriert. Das Dorf ist an den beiden Ufern des Baches Stava entstanden, am Fusse der Cornòn-Gruppe und gegenüber der Lagorai-Kette.
Die progressive Stadtplanung hat der altertümlichen Ordnung des Dorfes in keiner Weise geschadet: Nach wie vor können hier Häuser mit Holzöfen, sakrale Kunstwerke und riesige, hölzerne Kruzifixe betrachtet werden, oder die zwei bis drei Häuser umfassenden Galerien und Balkone, die kunstvoll bemalt und gut erhalten sind.
